Spokane Police Arrest Man For Possessing Thousands In Heroin

SPOKANE, Wash. - After conducting an extensive investigation involving the sale of heroin in Spokane, the Spokane Police Department served a search warrant at a N. Wall apartment on Friday.

They arrested Kevin L Schimpf (8/27/58) for possessing heroin and located more than $5,000 worth of heroin in the home. 

Schimpf was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to deliver.  Three other adults were arrested out of the same apartment on outstanding arrest warrants.

This arrest is an example of the Spokane Police Department's effort to use targeted investigations and resources to reduce drug trafficking and crime in the city of Spokane.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police responded to an armed robbery on Spokane's south hill. It happened just before midnight when police say a man walked into the 7-11 at 30th & Regal, displayed what appeared to be a revolver and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene on a bicycle.
