Stephanie Comack Trial Delayed Six Months

ST. MARIES, Idaho - It was reported Friday that the murder trial of Stephanie Comack will not start on December 12th, but, instead will start March 12th.

This story probably sounds familiar because we reported on a very heated dispute between the two families (Herrera & Comack) in the courtroom back in April.

Stephanie Comack was shot and killed last Christmas. Police than detained Joseph Herrera and later charged him with her murder.

Joseph claims that the gun had accidentally discharged. Prosecutors are saying that is not true
