Browner Drops Appeal, Will Miss Seahawks Next Four Games

Updated:

Brandon Browner dropped his appeal of his suspension for using a performance-enhancing substance, which means the Seattle cornerback will miss the Seahawks' next four games.

Browner will be eligible on Dec. 31 and will be able to play in the playoffs provided the Seahawks get into the postseason.

Walter Thurmond, who started for a short time in 2011, will take Browner's spot.
