Gonzaga's Elias Harris was nominated as the West Coast Conference Player of the Month, but the award went to the man who passed Kurt Rambis as Santa Clara's all-time leading scorer.
The WCC honored Kevin Foster for his play during the month of November. The senior guard averaged 21.7 percent from the field in leading the Broncos to a 5-1 record – their best start since 1968. He shot 46.9 percent from the field and 40 percent from beyond the 3-point arc. He also averaged 4.2 steals per contest, the best steals average in the nation.
Foster currently sits third in the West Coast Conference in career three-point field goals made.
