I admit, there is nothing original in this blog post. Appalachian State's Brian Okam really did shoot the worst free throw ever.

Take a look at the shot – if you can call it that – on YouTube. He goes through the pre-shot routine without a problem. And then… well… take a look. It has already been played on YouTube more than 3.5 million times.

Worst free throw shot ever. But then again, there are millions of fans who have never set foot on a college basketball floor let alone hit a free throw with everybody waiting on your every move.
