UPDATE: Person Hit By Vehicle In North Spokane

TWEET FROM KHQ'S KATIE STEINER: WSP said pedestrian did everything right. Walks to work every morning. Had minor injuries. Cuts and bruises to the face.

TWEET FROM KHQ'S KATIE STEINER: WSP says driver ticketed for failing to yield to a pedestrian, diving with suspended license, and no insurance.

UPDATE: The Washington State Patrol says the victim is a man and suffers from a bloody nose. The man may also have internal injuries. Weather is to blame for the crash. If we get more details from WSP we'll post the ASAP.
