TWEET FROM KHQ'S KATIE STEINER: WSP says driver ticketed for failing to yield to a pedestrian, diving with suspended license, and no insurance.
UPDATE: The Washington State Patrol says the victim is a man and suffers from a bloody nose. The man may also have internal injuries. Weather is to blame for the crash. If we get more details from WSP we'll post the ASAP.
SPOKANE, Wash. - A person has been hit by a vehicle in the area of Division and Hawthorne in north Spokane. The extent of the victim's injuries are unknown. As soon as we learn more details we'll post them here on KHQ.com, Facebook and our Twitter news feed.
