Ponderay PD: Remains Found In Ponderay - Spokane, North Idaho News & Weather KHQ.com

PONDERAY, Idaho - The remains of a body were located Saturday December 15, 2012 in a wooded area north of Schweitzer Plaza Drive in the City of Ponderay.  The Ponderay Police Department located the body after receiving second hand information of a possible body being located in the woods.

With the assistance of detectives from the Bonner County Sheriff's Office, the Bonner C county Coroner and the Northside Fire Department, the remains were recovered.   An autopsy will be scheduled.

The remains have not been identified at this time.
