UPDATE: Idaho Man Admits To Murdering Pregnant Wife With Ice Pick

PRIEST RIVER, Idaho - 27-year-old Jeremy Swanson remains in custody at the Bonner County jail charged with the murder of his wife and their unborn child. Prosecutors officially charged Swanson Wednesday with two counts of first degree murder.

Court documents just released detail disturbing information about the case. Swanson told detectives he got into an argument with his wife about cars and money and proceeded to kill her with an ice pick and knife, once she went to lay down in bed. According to court documents the murder was well thought out.

After work, before he got home, Jeremy went to purchase an ice pick. Detectives checked the history of his Internet usage and saw that earlier in the day he searched at least three websites with key words "ice pick murder" and "how to kill with ice pick," among others.  Swanson told detectives he continued stabbing her until "she stopped fighting."

Jeremy and Jennifer Swanson also have a 20 month old baby together. KHQ has learned that the baby is in the custody of relatives at this time.

Jennifer Swanson was a manager at Burger Express in Priest River for the past two and a half years and she was the oldest of four siblings. Both Jeremy and Jennifer went to school together in the small town.

SPOKANE, Wash. - From the outside, the Repeat Boutique looks like a lot of other thrift shops in Spokane.  Inside, some might describe the stuff for sale as old, used, discarded garbage -- but store manager CJ Curtis sees its potential. And just like the goods in her shop, CJ is on her way to a new life, one far from the one she once lived.

SPOKANE, Wash. - "He told me to pull over, and my jaw just dropped," a Spokane woman, who says a fake police officer tried to pull her over, doesn't want to be named. In fear, this could happen again. "It really scared me and kind of threw me off that night. I don't even want to drive by myself anymore," she said. She tells me that she was driving around North Spokane at night on her way home from work.
