PINLAND EMPIRE: Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Cookie Dough Cupcakes 

1 batch of cookie dough (homemade or store bought)
1 batch of cake mix 

Ball the cookie dough. Put the balls on a plate and freeze for two hours. 
Make the cupcake mix. 
Put one cookie ball in each muffin tin. 
Fill with cupcake batter. 
Bake for about 15 minutes. 
Cool. 
Can frost with cookie dough frosting. 
(So good!!)
