SPOKANE, Wash. - A domestic dispute between roommates sends one man to the hospital with stab wounds to his upper back.
It happened at a home in Spokane Valley at 3rd Ave. and Dora St. just after 8:00PM Wednesday evening.
According to Spokane Valley Police, a fight broke out at a party in that home, leading one roommate to stab another roommate in the upper back multiple times.
That victim in his late 20's or early 30's was taken to the hospital with what officers are calling non-life threatening injuries.
After interviewing witnesses, officers found probable cause to arrest the victims roommate and charge him with Second Degree Assault, Domestic Violence because the two do live together in the house.
Police say they searched the house but did not locate the weapon used in the attack.
Most witnesses took off before officers arrived, but they do not believe anyone else was involved.
The incident remains under investigation.
