Tire Factory coming to Richland

RICHLAND, Wash., -- The Queensgate retail area in Richland continues to grow with the addition of a new Tire Factory location on Duportail.

The business will offer a wide variety of tires and accessories for all types of vehicles, and will start out with eight employees.

This is the first Richland location for the Tire Factory, which sells only American-made tires.

Construction Management Systems is the general contractor for the 9,700 square-foot building, which is valued at $800,000, according to permits.

The building will have six work bays and a customer waiting area, and sits on two acres to allow for future expansion.  Construction is set to wrap up this month.

"Along with the six bays and the two acre lot we're also having a truck slab on the back side of it so we can access any truck traffic; along with agricultural traffic that we may have in the area," says General Manager Ryan Weld.
