SPOKANE, Wash. -

After three wins last week, including two in the West Coast Conference, Gonzaga moved up to No. 9 in Monday's AP Top 25 poll.

The Zags began the week with a New Year's Eve win against Oklahoma State, then followed it up by beating Pepperdine and Santa Clara in the first two conference games of the season. All three games were on the road.

Duke remains No. 1 and Michigan is No. 2. Louisville and Arizona swap places and Indiana is still No. 5.

Ohio State as the only team in the top 10 to lose last week. They lost 74-55 to Illinois and fell all the way to No. 15. Illinois, a team which beat Gonzaga earlier in the season, moved up to No. 12.

After losing to Gonzaga last week, Oklahoma State fell out of the rankings, as did Pittsburgh. UNLV (24) and Wichita State (23) reappeared in the Top 25.
