The Zags began the week with a New Year's Eve win against Oklahoma State, then followed it up by beating Pepperdine and Santa Clara in the first two conference games of the season. All three games were on the road.

Duke remains No. 1 and Michigan is No. 2. Louisville and Arizona swap places and Indiana is still No. 5.

After losing to Gonzaga last week, Oklahoma State fell out of the rankings, as did Pittsburgh. UNLV (24) and Wichita State (23) reappeared in the Top 25.
