PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: Murder suspect Tony T. Callihan, 38, has been transported by Spokane Police Major Crimes Detectives back to the Spokane County Jail from the Seattle area. Callihan is suspect of killing Michelle Koenen, a woman he had been dating, and leaving the scene of her murder (2300 W. Broadway) in her vehicle.
Callihan was arrested on the morning of 12/14/2013 100 miles NW of Sacramento, California. California authorities transported Callihan to a Seattle area detention center. On Thursday night Major Crimes Detectives drove to Seattle, retrieved Callihan and brought him back to Spokane for a court appearance on Friday.
