Apparently Mike Leach isn't making many friends in one part of Texas. The head football coach at DeSoto High told the Dallas Morning News that Washington State is no longer welcome after the WSU coach rescinded a scholarship offer to a prospective safety.

As reported by Yahoo Sports, DeSoto coach Claude Mathis was angry because WSU took back the scholarship offer so close to National Signing Day, which is Feb. 6. Leach reportedly visited the player, Myron Turner, last week and didn't say his offer was in jeopardy.

Leach took back the offer after getting a commitment from Montreal Meander, a three-star safety from Amarillo, Texas.

"He's really hurting right now," Mathis told the newspaper about Turner.
