SEATTLE, Wash. - Hundreds attended Thursday's state Liquor Control Board forum in Seattle to talk about how marijuana will be legally sold in the state.
Board members say marijuana-only stores will likely be regulated and operated like the old state-operated liquor stores.
Prices are expected around $12 to $15 a gram.
More public forums are scheduled Feb. 7 in Vancouver, Feb. 12 in Spokane, Feb. 19 in Mount Vernon and Feb. 21 in Yakima.
The state hopes to have a system in place for marijuana sales by December.
