Lone Survivor of Fatal Grandview Accident Showing Improvement

RICHLAND, Wash. -- An update tonight on the Grandview senior who was injured in a fatal accident early this month.

Hospital officials at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland say Jovannie Razo has been upgraded to "satisfactory" condition from serious condition.

The 17-year-old was driving down Evans Road with two other teenage boys when the car went off the road and crashed into a tree. 16-year-olds Carlos Ochoa and Kevin Lopez were killed in the accident.
