Ferris Upsets Gonzaga Prep, 62-47

SPOKANE -- The Ferris Saxons upset the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups on the heels of Cody Benzel's game-high 20 points as he was a perfect 9-9 from the floor.

The Bullpups are coming off their upset win over the Central Valley Bears on Tuesday, but came out flat tonight with only one pup scoring in double figures as Sam Dowd put up a team-high 13.

With the loss, Gonzaga Prep falls to 12-2 on the season, while Ferris improves to 10-4.

The Central Valley Bears rolled past Shadle Park, 63-52 with 4 Bears scoring in double figures as they remain on top of the GSL 4A.
