Crews Respond To House Fire In Spokane Valley

SPOKANE, Wash. - On Monday morning firefighters in Spokane Valley responded to a house fire at Wellesley and Kenny. Homeowners awoke to smoke in the home. When firefighters arrived they found the upper floor filled with smoke. Four adults were inside at the time of the fire, all escaped and are doing fine.

Firefighters are trying to determine what caused it. Residents say they smelled plastic burning on Sunday night but we unable to find a source. There is significant smoke damage.
