Coeur d'Alene, IDAHO - The Lake City boys claimed the IEL 5A title outright on Tuesday night, topping Post Falls 43-25.
Kyle Guice led the Timberwolves with 19 points, including two dunks assisted by Justin Pratt in the 4th quarter. Chuckie Adams had a big game off the bench for Lake City, dropping 11 points on the Trojans.
It was a low scoring game for Post Falls, as Sophomore Dalton Thompson led the team with seven points.
The win moves Lake City to 5-0 in IEL 5A play and clinches the league title. The win also locks up the number one seed in the district tournament. The Timberwolves will host that tournament starting on Friday, February 15th.
