YAKIMA, Wash.-- Children's Wishes and Dreams needs your help to grant the wishes of local children with life threatening illnesses.
The organization is holding their annual dinner auction tomorrow to raise money for wishes.
They have seven to fulfill this year so far. They range from a trip to Hawaii to redecorating the child's bedroom.
Auction items this year include a 1972 Super Beetle, a pool table, and a lift chair.
However, the organization says the real reward is helping grant a local child's wish.
"You know, the wishes are as unique as the children that give them, and they're all so special because that's their special dream," said Heidi Anderson with Children's Wishes and Dreams.
The auction happens tomorrow, February 16th, at the Selah Civic Center. Doors open at five pm and the auction starts at seven.
Tickets are $40 at the door.
