Spokane Police Department Launches New Citizen Tipline Tool

Posted: Updated:

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: The Spokane Police Department has activated a new tipline, 242-TIPS (3877), in hopes to serve our community better. There is also an active email address, spdtipline@spokanepolice.orgfor citizens to send an email directly to SPD with concerns. The intent is to provide our citizens the opportunity to anonymously relay information about possible drug or gang activity as well as nuisance houses.

Using this new system, once a citizen leaves a voice message or submits an email, a representative with the Spokane Police Department will contact the citizen to ensure accurate information. The complaint will then be directed to the appropriate unit within the agency within 24 hours.

Thank you for helping us fight crime by utilizing the SPD Tipline.
