COEUR D'ALENE, ID - Junior Nick Hall maybe one of the shortest players on the court, but he appeared larger than life after hitting a 3-pointer with 1.9 second left in the game, to push Post Falls fast Coeur d'Alene 41-40.
The Trojans held a 38-30 lead with under three minutes to play in the fourth quarter, but that's when the Vikings began to rally. Coeur d'Alene went on a 10-0 run capped off by Colby Daniels hitting the go ahead three with under a minute to play.
Post Falls Head Coach Mike McLean called timeout with under a 20 seconds to play, that set up Hall's game winning shot.
The win for Post Falls eliminates the Vikings from the post-season, and sets up a state play-in game for the Trojans with Grangeville High School.
