UPDATE: SPD & SWAT Execute Search Warrant In E. Spokane

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: Early Friday morning before 7 am, members of SPD SWAT, PACT and TCU teams raided a home in the 100 block of S. Haven in west Spokane. 

Upon entry, detectives discovered multiple firearms illegally possessed by a convicted felon, drugs believed to be meth and more than $200,000 in stolen cell phone equipment. Additionally, the location where the firearms and drugs were discovered is directly across the street from an elementary school.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police executed a search warrant at a suspected drug house on Friday Morning. The house is in the 2900 block of 1st Avenue, near Libby Middle School. The officers want all students to go into the school on the south side of the building. SWAT was on scene.
