Bell wireless dealer to use MVaaS solution to improve customer experience and profitability

LOUISVILLE, Colo., Feb. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Envysion®, Inc., (www.envysion.com) the leading Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) provider, today announced that Urban Mobility has selected Envysion as its exclusive video provider. Urban Mobility, an Authorized Bell Dealer based in Alberta, Canada, will utilize Envysion Insight to improve the in-store customer experience and drive overall profitability.

"Envysion gives us remote access to our stores in an easy-to-use application, so we can see behind the RQ4 numbers and understand exactly what's going on in our stores," said Danny Astete, owner of Urban Mobility. "We can then use that video to recognize employees for a job well done or provide coaching on things like sales techniques and proper customer engagement."

Envysion connects video with iQmetrix's RQ4 retail management system to give wireless dealers visibility into each transaction. By integrating with RQ4 data, Envysion delivers custom exception reports so wireless dealers can quickly identify and visually review key store performance metrics. For example, Urban Mobility can stack rank average sales per cashier and review video of the transactions to determine best practices from top sales associates. Urban Mobility is also excited about Envysion's cloud-based collaboration capabilities, which will enable management to securely save and share video clips in the cloud for training or disciplinary purposes.

"We are excited to add Urban Mobility to our growing list of wireless customers. Our experience with wireless dealers, plug-and-play solutions and seamless integration with RQ4 enables Urban Mobility to immediately start using video to drive sales and profit improvement," says Gregg Hodges, COO of Envysion.
