
WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) - A man accused of fraud in Indiana has been arrested in Wenatchee.
The Wenatchee World reports (http://bit.ly/ZycjCg ) 52-year-old Fredrick Nicholson was arrested Thursday after he was suspected of giving a false name for a background check needed to live in a home operating as an adult care home.
Investigators found he was wanted on an arrest warrant from Indiana accusing him of $600,000 worth of fraud.
Det. Edgar Reinfeld said Nicholson was operating locally as a financial adviser under the name Dr. Max.
KPQ reported (http://bit.ly/ZyccXd ) Nicholson had been listed on the "America's Most Wanted" website.
He was held for extradition.
