KHQ.COM - We're learning from Spokane Public Schools that a man tried to grab a child that was entering the grounds of Hamblen Elementary this morning. The man came out of the forest and tried to grab the child. Luckily the child GOT AWAY. The same thing happened in December. We're working on gathering you more details.     Firefighters with Spokane Valley were called out to a technical rescue Tuesday evening near north Pines Road & Mirabeau Parkway.
