Shawman Pay Respect To The Late Hugo Chavez

Indigenous spiritual leaders in Bolivia's capital paid tribute Friday to the late Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez. 
 
They performed a ritual involved incense and offerings of sweets and colored wools. 
 
Spiritual guides raised their hands to signal that mother earth had successfully received the offerings. 
 
Bolivian president Evo Morales was a close friend and ally of Chavez. 
 
He was in Caracas Friday to attend the former leader's funeral

    Firefighters with Spokane Valley were called out to a technical rescue Tuesday evening near north Pines Road & Mirabeau Parkway.
