Zags Still No. 1!

The Gonzaga Bulldogs beat Loyola Marymount Saturday to win the West Coast Conference title and remain the top college basketball team in all the land.

The Zags received 54 first place votes Monday to remain No. 1 in the AP writers poll. Duke got 11 votes and moved up to No. 2. Indiana dropped to third after losing to Ohio State and then beating Michigan for the Big 10 title.

Gonzaga plays Saint Mary's Monday night in Las Vegas in the championship game of the WCC tournament. Tipoff is at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
