NEW DETAILS: Arrest Made In Spirit Lake Teen's Death

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE KOOTENAI COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE: On March 11, 2013 at about 7:00 PM, Detectives from the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office made an arrest related to the death of a Spirit Lake teenager that occurred on March 25, 2012.

The suspect in the case, Dylan P. Paschall, 20 years old of Post Falls, ID was arrested at his parent's residence in Post Falls without incident. This arrest is a result of a lengthy investigation that began on March 25, 2012 when the Sheriff's Office was called in regards to a young man, later identified as Luke Anana-Kuewa 18-years-old of Spirit Lake, being found deceased in Spirit Lake.

On March 11, 2013 the Honorable Judge Wayman found probable cause in the case against Paschall and issued a $100,000 warrant for his arrest, charging him with Murder in the 2nd degree.
