PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: Detectives of SPD/SU have been conducting an investigation into the sales of heroin at 1408 E. Pacific in Spokane.

Immediately prior to serving the warrant the main suspect, Shelly L. Labrie, was seen leaving the residence in a vehicle.  Labrie was stopped a short distance away and detained. After the entry was made a total of five adults were detained at the house in addition to Labrie with her vehicle.

During the search Detectives found a loaded syringe with heroin in it.  Additionally, street level amounts of pre-packaged crack cocaine were located. Detectives found multiple scales, paraphernalia, cash and packaging.

Based upon the search and investigation the following individuals were booked into the Spokane County Jail:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Crack Cocaine)

Philip P. Moore (9/6/59)
