Spokane County Sheriff's Department Press Release:

On Monday, March 18, 2013, just after noon, Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies R. Nye and G. Lance responded to a hold-up alarm at the Bank of Fairfield in Rockford.

Deputies arrived on scene and contacted bank employees.  The teller told Deputy Lance that the suspect, who she identified as a white male wearing blue jeans, a gray or green long sleeve jacket and a camouflage hat, entered the bank and approached her register.  She also said the suspect had a well trimmed beard and was wearing square eye glasses.  The teller said the suspect handed over a note demanding money.  The suspect fled the scene out the front door and was not located.

Attached is a surveillance photograph of the suspect.  Anyone with information in this investigation is asked to contact Detective Kirk Keyser at 509-477-6611.
