Posted: Updated:

SEATTLE (AP) - The Department of Corrections says the man accused of killing his grandparents at their Renton home should be returned to Washington by Friday.

Michael Chadd Boysen was arrested March 12 after a standoff at a Lincoln City, Ore., motel and has been held at the Multnomah County Jail in Portland.

He's wanted on a warrant from the Department of Corrections for a probation violation.

The King County prosecutor's office is preparing to charge him in the death of Robert and Norma Taylor. They were strangled after picking Boysen up from prison March 8 and welcoming him home.
