Easy motivation for Americans at Toyota Center

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Don't give up on the Tri-City Americans. They are back in the series after a game three overtime thriller. Tuesday night Tri-City came back from a three goal deficit to the Spokane Chiefs. In the second period the Ams scored three unanswered. In overtime Parker Bowles scored the game winner. Head coach Jim Hiller admitted the Americans inspire themselves in the playoffs.

"I don't say anything wise. Nothing I said. They know. They're confident. They work. They care about each other. When you do those things, good things happen. We fought all year and no surprise we fought back. I'm just happy for the guys we got the win because it's a big emotional moment for us," Hiller said.
