PENDLETON, Or. - Pendleton Police have released the name and cause of death of the man whose body was found near railroad tracks.
Police say 22-year-old Ben Winburn of Pendleton died from hypothermia.
Officers say a passerby told police on Sunday afternoon that there was an unresponsive man on railroad tracks on the 200 block of Southwest Goodwin Avenue.
Police say there doesn't seem to be any signs of foul play.
