Fever prep for Blizzard, both in need of win

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- A unique trip Saturday for the Tri-Cities Fever. They trek over to Green Bay to face the Blizzard. Both Tri-Cities and Green Bay sit at the bottom of their respective conferences at 1-5. The Fever come off a quarterback switch from Kasey Peters to Dante Warren. The Blizzard just switched head coaches from Robert Fuller to Chad Baldwin.

"They like to run the football. Now with a new coach, I don't know if they are going to try to change in a week. I can't imagine they are going to change completely what they are doing. They play some good defense at time. They are a team that looks a lot like us. Make some plays at times, sometimes give plays up," Fever head coach Adam Shackleford said.

"Green Bay is a team that plays hard. They definitely get after it. In their film against Sioux Falls they never gave up, never lay down," Warren added.
