SLIDESHOW: Semi-Truck Catches Fire On I-90

SPOKANE, Wash. - A semi-truck carrying hundreds of gallons of diesel caught fire on I-90 in the heart of downtown Spokane Saturday morning. 

Washington State Patrol Troopers say it happened just after 6:00am in the eastbound lanes of I-90 in between the Maple and Division Street exits. 

Firefighters were quickly on scene and extinguished the flames in the cab of the truck before they were able to spread to the tank carrying 240 gallons of diesel. 

No injuries were reported and the cause is unknown. 

Motorists can expect delays in the area as the right lane will be blocked for a while as crews clear the truck off the interstate.
