RICHLAND, Wash. -- Hanford running back Jalen DeVine made his college decision. He will attend the University of Redlands. The California school is Division III and gives DeVine a chance to continue playing running back. DeVine finished his senior season third in Mid-Columbia Conference rushing yards and touchdowns. He will graduate as one of the Hanford High School valedictorians.
