UPDATE: On Saturday May 11th Lincoln County Deputies were called to a home about 10-miles East of Odessa, Washington where a homeowner there was having a BBQ.

Detective Dale Toliver and his girlfriend were attending that BBQ. Apparently after an argument two people were allegedly assaulted by Toliver. Toliver is also being charged with 2nd Degree Assault (Felony) because of the alleged assault on the male "Subject"

On Friday Toliver was arraigned on the charges in Lincoln County. He has pled not guilty to both charges.
