31-Year-Old Arrested In Coeur d'Alene For Five Counts Of Lewd Conduct With A Minor

Coeur d'Alene Police Department Press Release: 

Coeur d Alene Police Department responded to a suspicious circumstances call.  It was found there was unlawful touching of minors.  The Coeur d Alene Police Department Investigation Division was called out and continued the investigation.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of Justin Wheeler, 31, of Coeur d Alene for five counts Lewd Conduct with a minor under 16 years of age.  

The investigating detective's believe there might be additional victims that have not been contacted.  If anyone has further information, please contact the Coeur d Alene Police Department at 208-769-2320.

    MIAMI - An American Airlines passenger on a flight from Saint Croix to Miami caused a commotion in midair Wednesday when he was refused beer. The whole ordeal was caught on camera by a fellow passenger. The passenger, identified as Jason Felix in court documents, was on American Airlines flight 1293.

The Idaho Press-Tribune reports that William Whitt is part of a federal lawsuit claiming he contracted E. coli days after eating a salad from a Papa Murphy's in Nampa in March.

(AP) - A 16-year-old has pleaded guilty as an adult to second-degree murder.    The Skagit Valley Herald reports that Cristian Alexander Quijas was 15 when he shot and killed 16-year-old Angel Estrada in Burlington, Washington, on March 30, 2017.    According to state law, 16- or 17-year-olds charged with qualifying violent offenses, including murder, are automatically charged as adults.
