RICHLAND, Wash. -- The Hanford Falcons know how make an impression. Wednesday they lined up 15 future collegiate athletes. Taylor Kain-Godoy will take her third place state skills to Claremont McKenna College. Star running back Jalen DeVine will compete at University of Redlands. Savannah Steele will play basketball at Willamette University. Also Shane Sandlin will play tennis at Whitworth University. More of Hanford's future college stars talk about what it took to move up.

" I'd to get my throw a little further to be able to qualify for a scholarship and so it was kind of it was a little pressure it was my last meet I had one more chance to throw far enough to get a scholarship to a good college to go to and I managed to get it," said Aaron Cunningham, who will run track and field at Eastern Washington University.

" We were pretty good last year and we kind of, got, I don't know didn't really make the playoffs and it's nice knowing we have guys who are going to play at the next level," said Jake Oram, who will play football at Simon Fraser University.
