Fever make family plans for bye week

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Many of the Tri-Cities Fever players take advantage of the bye week to visit their families. The Fever do not play again until June 8th at home. But some players welcome family members to Tri-Cities. Some guys have established foundations here, whether it be starting families or starting businesses. Either way it is a great chance to take time to see loved ones.

"I haven't been home in a while. Actually my dad and my second youngest brother are coming Thursday. My dad hasn't seen me play since high school," said Fever defensive back Lionell Singleton, whose father will see him play on the 8th.

"I'm from San Antonio. I do have some family there, but luckily for me my mom is visiting now. She'll be here for three months so I'll be able to hang out with her for the most part. That's home for me," Fever defensive back Brandon Wilson added.
