Weekend Weather Update: Let's Scrounge Up One More Warm Day

Overnight: Partly cloudy with a passing overnight to early morning shower (also called nocturnal showers)

Monday:  After a little morning cloud cover left over from a weakening band of showers, it should turn into a zesty, mostly sunny to partly cloudy day. Nocturnal (nighttime) showers & a few t-storms are forecast to pass through the area, but with a slight increase in coverage…Low/High 58°/81° (GREEN)

FYI: The golf courses will be getting watered by Mother Nature for the following several days

Happy Father's Day & enjoy your week! Dave

Update: Sheriff's deputies tell us a recovery operation is now underway at Palouse Falls where a man from Spokane has drowned. Detectives say the 25-year-old was trying to take a selfie with his girlfriend above the falls when he fell about 35 feet off the back side of a cliff. Deputies say they don't know if he went over the falls, so rescue teams have been looking above and below it.
