CRIME STOPPERS: Do You Know Where These Fugitives Are?

Nicholas Roy is a 43-year-old W/M wanted for DOC Escape from Work Release.  He is 5'7", 160 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.  Roy has a twenty-three year local criminal history to include convictions for theft 1st degree and escape 2nd degree.

Brian Rust is a 26-year-old W/M wanted for Residential Burglary.  He is 5'9", 140 lbs, has brown hair and blue eyes.  Rust's last address given was in the 1000 block of W. Pacific in Spokane.  He has a nine year local criminal history.

Mansur Shakirov is a 28-year-old W/M wanted as a Fugitive.  He is 5'7", 165 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.  Shakirov's last address given was in the 2000 block of N. Haven in Spokane.

Nikolas Havens is a 19-year-old W/M wanted for Residential Burglary, Trafficking Stolen Property 1st Degree and Theft 3rd Degree.  He is 5'6", 140 lbs, has brown hair and blue eyes.  Havens' last address given was in the 5000 block of Vista Grande in Otis Orchards.  He has a three year local criminal history to include convictions for residential burglary, theft 2nd degree, identity theft 2nd degree and trafficking stolen property 1st degree.

Edward Fain III is a 32-year-old W/M wanted for Possession of Stolen Property 2nd Degree and a Civil Bench warrant.  He is 6'1", 180 lbs, has blond hair and hazel eyes.  Fain's last address given was in the 10000 block N. Chronicle in Mead.  He has an eight year local criminal history to include a conviction for robbery 2nd degree.

Kenny Rustad is a 27-year-old W/M wanted for Possession of Stolen Firearm and 2-DWLS 3rd warrants.  He is 5'4", 145 lbs, has brown hair and blue eyes.  Rustad's last address given was in the 7000 block of E. Grace in Spokane.  He has a thirteen year local criminal history to include convictions for possession of controlled substance and conspiracy possession of controlled substance.  

The four listed below are registered sex offenders with various warrants:

Trevor Franklin is 22 years of age, W/M, 6'2", 200 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes.  Franklin has a misdemeanor DWLS 3rd warrant.

Tayone Akers is 21 years of age, B/M, 5'11, 210 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.  Akers has a DOC Escape from Community Custody warrant.

Derek Shackelford is 24 years of age, W/M, 5'10", 175 lbs, has red hair and blue eyes.

James Downard is 53 years of age, W/M, 6', 225 lbs, brown hair and blue eyes.

    SPOKANE, Wash.- On Monday afternoon a brush fire broke out on the west side of Spokane's South Hill. The fire, which broke out around 3pm, was burning on the hill between High Drive and Qualchan Golf Course. By 9pm Monday night the fire was 100% contained. This does not necessarily mean the fire is totally out, but that crews are confident it won't spread and will be out soon.>>
