Think about all the high school state championships from this past academic school year. Then try adding up all the teams' first, second and third place finishes, and putting a point system to it. That is exactly what the Tacoma News Tribune does. Tuesday it released its final rankings.

The Kamiakin Braves win the 3A all-sports crown. That means the Braves' 2012-2013 varsity athletic teams had the best overall success in the state's class 3A. The Richland Bombers finish third in the class 4A. The West Valley Rams rank third in the 2A.
