SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. -

The official sentencing report in the Clay Starbuck murder trial has been released.

The report includes new information about the weeks leading up to the murder of Chanin Starbuck.

Chanin reported several strange occurrences on her property in the weeks before she was killed, according to the report.

The report shows incidents ranged from a tipped over barbeque, broken windows on her car, and a volleyball set taken down from her back yard.
