ANACONDA, Mont. (AP) - Two southwestern Montana women are organizing a candlelight vigil in memory of 3-year-old Broderick Daniel Cramer of Lacey, Wash., who was killed near Anaconda this week.
Organizers Aimee Nichols of Anaconda and Rebecca Gallagher of Deer Lodge say the service will take place at 8 p.m. on July 18 near the duck pond in Anaconda's Washoe Park.
Authorities began searching for the boy after his father, Jeremy Cramer, was arrested Monday night in a convenience store bathroom washing blood from his clothes. The boy's body was found Tuesday about 150 to 200 yards away from his father's pickup, on a rural road about 5 miles south of Anaconda.
Jeremy Cramer is charged with deliberate homicide and is jailed on $250,000 bond.
