Olson Wants To See Offensive Improvements

Updated:

The Spokane Shock have kept the wins rolling as they ride a late-season hot streak. Despite the success, head coach Andy Olson thinks the offense could play better.

If the offense is not clicking on all cylanders at the moment, it could be a scary sight for opposing defenses if it does. Quarterback Erik Meyer is a league MVP candidate and receiver Adron Tennell has put together some impressive numbers. Add in a talented group of receivers to Tennell and the offense has put up some gaudy numbers.

Olson wants the offense to improve on its first-half performances, though. He also pointed out that they've been stopped on the first drive in two of their last three games.

The Shock will have a game against a struggling Pittsburgh team to correct the problems before the playoffs begin.
