Indians Sweep Dust Devils, Take Sole Possession of First

PASCO, WA -- The Spokane Indians are coming back to Spokane for an eight game home stand, but they wouldn't come back to Avista stadium without first taking care of business on the road.

The Indians are staying hot no matter where they play. Tonight they finished off a three game sweep against the Tri-city Dust Devils. The tribe completed the sweep scoring five runs on an 11 hit parade, led by RF Eduardo Pinto, who went three for five picking up an RBI. With the victory, Spokane stretches their streak to five straight wins, which ties their best winning streak of the season.

The Indians are back in Spokane for the start of a five game series against Hillsboro.

The opening of that series will be featuring fireworks night at Avista stadium, and the first pitch is scheduled for 6:30 PM and you can catch all the live action on SWX.
