Indians Struggle in Vancouver, Fall 6-2

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – The Spokane Indians went down early and never recovered falling 6-2 to the Vancouver Canadians on Sunday afternoon.

Most of the damage was done in the first inning, as the Canadians posted four runs on five hits of Spokane pitcher David Ledbetter. Vancouver eventually took a 6-0 lead.

The bats stayed quiet for Spokane, as the Indians didn't score until the 9th inning when Gabriel Roa helped bring a pair of runs home.

Vancouver starter Kyle Anderson pitched seven shutout inning, while Spokane's Ledbetter suffered his third straight loss in a start.

The Indians and Canadians continue their series Monday night out at Nat Bailey Stadium
