Go Ahead...Let Yourself...Pig Out In The Park! It's That Time Of Year Again...Send Us Your Pics!

SPOKANE, Wash. - It may be your favorite time of year to hang out in Riverfront Park! Spokane's annual food and music event, Pig Out In The Park, started on Wednesday and goes through September 2nd!

There are going to be 47 food vendors, 100 free concerts and it's happening every day from 10am - 11pm!

There are also three adult beverage gardens as well.

    SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Washington State Patrol reports one man has died and a woman is in the hospital after a crash at Trent and Barker in Spokane Valley Tuesday night. Investigators say 26-year-old John L. Scott of Lancaster, Pennsylvania,  was headed westbound on SR 290 east of Flora in a 2012 Toyota Tacoma pickup when he crossed the center line into the oncoming lanes of traffic.

    RATHDRUM, Idaho -  Idaho State Police have identified the man killed in a crash near Rathdrum Tuesday. Troopers responded to Chase Road, west of Rathdrum, around 1:15 p.m. Investigators say 20-year-old Brady Robert McPhail of Osburn, Idaho, was traveling eastbound in a white 2010 Buick Lucerne when he went into the westbound lane of traffic.

Buchanan was arrested after a brief standoff with SPD's Patrol Anti-Crime Team (PACT). Police said he refused to come out of his home on Broad Avenue and North Haven Street.     An Oregon family is offering a reward for anyone who knows the whereabouts of the family nose. The Albert family of Portland recently rescued the two-foot-tall 50-pound plastic nose from a trash pile. They put the nose on their porch where it sat until last weekend, when someone made off with the giant sniffer. The Albert kids pooled their money and posted signs offering a $6.27 Reward.

    A franchise owner of a North Carolina Wendy's says an employee who called a customer "Chubby" on an order has been fired. News outlets report the Carolina Restaurant Group issued a statement Tuesday that says they apologized to customer Jimmy Shue and terminated the employee, whose identity hasn't been released. Shue says he went to the Gastonia restaurant this month and ordered two sandwiches, providing the cashier with his name "clear as day."
